Most internship lists are a spreadsheet somebody updated in September. By February half the links are dead and there is no way to tell which half. Boiler Interns exists because that is a solvable problem: if a machine can open every employer's careers board on a schedule, it can tell you which roles are actually open right now.
So that is what runs. Roles are grouped into four regions — Engineering, Computer Science & Tech, Business, and Healthcare & Medicine — and 26 specialties beneath them, and you can open any one of them and see what is live today.
A pay figure only appears when the posting states one. An empty field means the employer did not publish it — not that it pays nothing.
Saving a role, marking it applied, and the application tracker all follow your account rather than your browser. Sign in on a laptop and a phone and you get the same board.
It is one account across Boiler Interns and find-telos.com — the same sign-in works on both, and what you save on one appears on the other.
